The Datakeeper Plus provides everything you need in a compact, protective case for your students’ laptops or Chromebook. Full-time protection and an integrated pocket for accessories, keeps everything together, protected, and easily accessible.
Constructed from molded EVA foam, padded edges, and secure corner straps, the Datakeeper Plus cradles your laptop, keeping it safe from drops and bumps. A large outside pocket provides quick access to accessories and charger, while the EVA shell separates and protects the device.
Plus, a clear ID window makes identifying the laptop and its owner easy.
This always-on laptop case ensures that your devices are always protected. Students work in the case, which is never removed. The Chromebook or laptop is held in place with elastic corner straps that are clear on the top to ensure the entire screen is viewable, and rubberized material below the computer ensures it will not slip out of the case. The construction of this case makes it thin and lightweight while offering powerful defense against any life events that kids might throw at your Chromebooks and laptop devices.
A convenient carry handle makes the Datakeeper Plus portable, and it’s no larger than a notebook or binder for students to carry. This slim case fits 11-inch Chromebooks and laptops, and an optional shoulder strap is also available (pictured, but not included).

AssetGUARD+ combines the freedom to choose any Higher Ground case, sewn or molded, with complete device coverage that helps reduce downtime and extend life. When the inevitable accident does happen, repairs and replacements are covered through a simple, hassle-free claims process.
How It Works
- A covered device experiences an issue
- Submit a claim via portal or contact us
- Free shipping labels are provided or pick up is arranged
- Repair or replacement is completed through an authorized repair center and returned (track progress through the portal)
If repair costs exceed the covered value of the device, or repair is not reasonable, the device is replaced based on its original covered value. Replacement devices are then eligible for new coverage under AssetGUARD+.
Compared to standard manufacturer warranties and device protection plans, AssetGUARD+ offers similar protection; with fewer fees, extended coverage, & flexibility.
