Can we Customize or Special Order Products?

Yes, we are pleased to offer both pre and post-production customization on selected SKUs and accessories. Pre-production customization requires a MOQ of 500 units and ample lead time.

All customization orders are considered Special Orders. Special Orders may take more time to complete based on manufacturing, shipping, and timing requirements. Domestic customization has an MOQ of 20 units and has a lead time of 1-2 weeks depending on quantity.

Samples are ONLY available (for client approval) after a PO has been placed.
